RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom-made consumable nature of these products, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, in an exceptional case that you receive a damaged, defective, or different item, we will issue a refund or a free replacement, as appropriate. Before granting a refund/credit note or replacement, we may contact you to determine the extent of the damage or defect in the product. In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
All custom-made carpets are cut from rolls which cannot be returned. All the products will be cut as per your order other than readymade mat and carpets.
The product should returned in its original packaging {including packaging & invoice}
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. In some situations, including cases when customer’s buy by mistake or incorrectly ordered, products may not be eligible for return. Contact our customer care before ordering on our website.

Note: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you can notify us within 12 hours with the video and snapshot of the product. For Cancellations Decor Eazy Support ( legal name: shiva shakthi ent) can be contacted by various methods mentioned under contact us link. Please quote OrderID in all communications. It is advised that the query is sent from the registered email id.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We currently accept only prepaid orders, not COD. Orders INR 4999 and over qualify for Free Shipping.
We strive to deliver your chosen home décor items as quickly as possible. Bangalore city orders placed before 12pm may get delivered within 24 to 48 Hours or even same day packages will be delivered but this may not always be the same day you place your order. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process your order in general. If a longer lead time is expected, we will inform you. Please contact us by various methods mentioned under contact us link. with your area pincode any questions you may have about the lead time on a certain item.
Outstation other than bangalore city You will receive your order anywhere from 4-10 business days (depending on your location) from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday after 1 pm or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Once you’ve placed an order, make sure to check your email. If you don’t receive the email, please go to your spam folder to see if it’s there.

Refund method
1.After receiving the product, we will inspect it.
2.We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
3.After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
4.If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total price of the product will be returned to the same mode of payment.
5.We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment
